Darren, Ok, then I'd say you're in reasonably good shape. The LV shows 18% free space (which could probably be increased by changing the percentage reserved for use by the root user), and everything is mounted. If you really want to find out what is causing those messages from udev, you're going to have to open a support request. That's way over my head.
