The easiest? That's hard to say. Both Novell and Red Hat provide distribution-specific tools to do this: rug and up2date. It's not very hard at all to set up a YUM repository, and point the respective tool at that on each system. Or, you can spend more money and get things like ZenWorks for Linux Management, or RHN Proxy/Satellite. Those will get you a lot more functionality than just the install piece. I'm curious. Is Sun/Aduva still letting people buy licenses for mainframe Linux? I couldn't find any mention of it the last time I trolled through the web site.
