Does anyone know if the SVC (San Volume Controller) can be used to connect zLinux to ESS disks? I have completed the normal steps requires to zone the FCP connections from the z9 box on the SAN switch, but the SVC does not see the WWPN's from it. The only difference I can see on the SAN switch is the Unit Type is Channel Path instead of Unspecified (which is what all of my other hosts show up as).
