Curious as to how to kick that off. SSH in from my Linux workstation? With 
"system-config-network" as the command?

And of course, be logged in on the console when you restart the network,
not from a network connection.

Also, if you'd rather not edit files, the redhat gui'ish utility
"system-config-network" will do the job.
