Install the optional updates.  SPident -vvv will show you which packages it 
doesn't consider up to date.  There is also a conflict in the SNMP package 
provided by Novell, and the one Velocity Software asks people to use with their 
monitor.  I'm trying to see if I can get that conflict eliminated, but it 
really just an irritant, not a problem.
