I would like to see the complete MVS job output as there should be some indications in it why FDR doesn't like this volume. The sysout and joblog are very important here. If there is a dump from this, it probably won't show anything, so there is no need to send it at this time. The most likely reason is that MVS can't properly see this volume either because it is not VARY'd ONLINE or that the MVS "dummy" VTOC is not located in the correct location on the volume.
