I haven't read all of the chapters yet. There are 11 of them. But I am
finding it interesting about how to use GNU "autotools" to create a
semi-platform independant makefile. Used quite a lot in Linux, but I
think it should work on z/OS UNIX as well. I'd play around with it on
z/OS except for the fact that a penny-pinching ex-manager killed my C
compiler.
