Do you have MAINT's 51D disk accessed R/W as MAINT's D drive?
In MAINT's profile exec there should be a "ACC 51D D" statement.

We do not know what we are doing wrong. We are z/VM newbies but old
MVSers. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks as always.
