While there are some valid reasons, why file system or data gets corrupted
(e.g. mounting it to 2 guests at the same time or rm -rf / ) is should not
happen if used properly.

Do you still have the file system image before recovery and other debug data?
If yes and your prove of concept servers are entitled for service, you should
consider to open a service request.
