You may want to look at the "Upgrade 2094DEVICE, subset 2094/ZVM" information for PTFs related to z/VM 5.1. I remember we installed some PTFs for z/VM 5.1 when we did an install of a 2094. I don't remember what they are mainly because we are now on z/VM 5.3.
