As far as I can tell

-> April 1993 Slackware (update of SLS) (product release as far as I can
tell not announcement)
-> Late 1992 SuSE (based off SLS, then slackware, then developed
somewhat). First official release March 1993 (thats product to end users
date)

Red Hat trundles along in 1994.
