Interesting...there's a SYSTEM NETID on maint's 190, but it's empty.
I didn't have one on my 5.2 systems, either...but I'll give your
suggestion a try.

Also - check your SYSTEM NETID file --  If you don't have one, that
could be
the problem..    I was recently on a system that looked like it had
similar
issues - there was no SYSTEM NETID file - so I created on on the A disk
(cpuid   VMPRODA VMPRODA) and that got it going..
