Usually the files are in  iso_mountpoint/cd(1 to 4)/suse/s390x/
For example, kernel-source is in
cd3/suse/s390x/kernel-source-2.6.5-7.97.s390x.rpm

Install it using rpm -Uvh cd3/suse/s390x/kernel-source-2.6.5-7.97.s390x.rpm
