Is there a reason why it can't go one step further? You know it's layer capabilities obviously, just use it in the manner it is supposed to be rather than having the administrator code something?

Ursula, That would be really good. While you're at it, could you perhaps also talk about cause codes 0x04, 0x08, and 0x17? Those have shown up in the past, although not nearly as often as others.
