What you could do, and will likely work just fine, is to SSH in to the system, start YaST and activate your DASD. Then, SSH in again, modprobe xfs, partition the disks the way you want, and put an XFS file system on them. Then, proceed with the YaST session and tell the partitioner to not format those partitions, just mount them where you want them. What ever you do, please open up a service request with whomever you have your support contract. I would like to get this as a customer reported problem to give it a higher priority than one opened up internally.
