You go to http://download.novell.com/ and put "subscription management 
tool" in the keyword box to search on.  Understand that for right now, the 
SMT _server_ will only run on Intel/AMD hardware.  Clients can be any 
hardware.  When the next release comes out, System z will be supported as 
an SMT server.
