Just be aware that if an AFP printer is attached to PSF on, say, z/OS,
rather than z/VM, then you should configure CUPS to go directly to z/OS,
not via RSCS.  To get printer output from RSCS to JES requires NJE, and
that is definitely not free.  Either way, the receiving LPD queue needs to
be configured with the DEST and  FORM, just as if the output were being
generated on the mainframe.  CUPS shouldn't care.
