There is a Linux NJE capability that includes the spool component. Not free, 
but cheap. Does not require RSCS, but will exploit it if present. Also provides 
batch execution of Linux scripts from any NJE source. 

You can also use the UR driver, but you have to roll your own utilities to deal 
with the various formats of files.
