Hello, I downloaded the Redhat 5.4-beta; Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4 Beta (Tikanga) Kernel 2.6.18-155.el5 on an s390x
I've updated /etc/inittab with; h0:S:once:/sbin/sulogin hvc0 H2:2345:respawn:/sbin/mingetty --noclear hvc2 t5:2345:respawn:/usr/bin/iucvtty hvc5 V1:2345:respawn:/usr/bin/iucvtty iucv1 added /etc/zipl.conf parameters="root=/dev/rootvg/rootvol console=hvc0 hvc_iucv=4 console=ttyS0" The /usr/bin/iucvtty works fine, but from userrb, if I do; iucvconn usera hvc2 iucvconn: Connecting to the z/VM guest virtual machine failed: Connection refused and "iucvconn usera lnxhvc2" hangs until I kill it.
