Maybe in Brazil, but as shown  below a z10 is 1 Oracle license, there
are other machines which cost 1/2 and 1/4 Oracle license, there are also
other machines which also cost 1 Oracle license.

To say it cost 4 times as much as a  Sun T1 is correct, to say it cost 4
Oracle licenses is not.

Yes, that is near the trueth:

for power6 and z10 = 1.0 x cost
for intel and amd = 0.5 x cost
for sun t1 (1.0, 1.2 ghz) = 0.25 x cost   --- in comparison with that,
yes, "4 oracle licenses"
