If your Unix people are used to a terminal server head on the distributed servers, this is pretty close (and it gives you a way to implement a ssh-protected console connection). This should be a high priority for the distributors to implement in the next go-round. A little interface tweaking to this application to make it look more like a common Cisco terminal server would be a really neat idea. There are lots of automation scripts that would benefit from the ability to set up userids on an appliance system with this app as the login shell. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For LINUX-390 subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO LINUX-390 or visit http://www.marist.edu/htbin/wlvindex?LINUX-390
