Those are directories and symbolic links created by udev when the system is 
started.  Mounting a file system on another guest and looking at it won't have 
them.

I would reboot the system and put it into single user mode to try and fix your 
/etc/fstab problem.  Then you can spend lots of quality time with the various 
log files in /var/log/YaST2/ to try to figure out what went wrong.
