There is no IBM Linux for System z (or any other platform for that matter). Commercially, there is either Novell's SUSE Linux (SUSE Linux Enterprise) or RedHat (Redhat Enterprise Linux).

I have a simple question. If I build an application on Suse on s/390, will it run on IBM's z/Linux? It's all Posix code.
