1 - When you IPL your Linux, there could be some message indicating why your
vswitch isn't working. The most common mistake is forgetting to give the
guest authorization to couple to the vswitch.
2 - To use vmcp, the module vmcp must be loaded. Issue a "modprobe vmcp"
before.
