Your problem is that all the file names are in upper-case (or perhaps that the FTP server is reporting them that way).
I ran into a slightly different example of this problem using a Windows FTP client to transfer the files from a physical SLES 10 DVD in my desktop to a Linux FTP server, which I then attempted to install from. The Windows FTP client smashed the case of the filenames to all-lower and the YaST installer failed once it started looking for RPM packages.
