SFPURGER lives on the MAINT 193 and is documented in CP Commands and Utilities.

The open dump file on OPERATNS is part of a normal working VM system
and can't be removed. Any *closed* dump files on OPERATNS (or other
users) could be purged when they are not required for diagnostics.

If open console files get very big, you may want to close them on a
daily basis (eg with VMUTIL) and then purge them with SFPURGER after a
certain number of days. Many service machines also have their own
configuration options to close spool files.
