The Mono Migration Analyzer (MoMA) is a utility that has been created to analyze .NET code and point out specific functions and calls that are not supported by Mono - http://www.mono-project.com/Moma . You run MoMA on a Windows machine and point it at the ASP.NET assemblies directory. MoMA will inspect the .exe and .dll files and generate a report which the developers can review.
Mono is up to 2.6 in the community and Moma contains the definitions for 2.6. You will want to download the 2.4 definitions file because the Mono Extension is currently based on the 2.4 version of Mono. Please reach out to me off list if you have additional questions.
