No clue, but it wouldn't hurt.  Since this has apparently only happened
once, it would be entirely reasonable to do nothing at this point, and
just document for the operations staff what should be done if it
reoccurs.  It would be hard to say whether that is asking for more
trouble than going in and modifying a bunch of guests' startup scripts.
