The '> /dev/null' sends the output to the bit bucket.

It's been a while, but I think it only sends email if there is any stdout or
stderr. So redirect them to /dev/null
echo 'command line >/dev/null 2>&1' | at now+5 minutes
is how I do it for at. I think you can do the same for cron.
