Hi Mark, 

I've tried that.  It loads various packages, and takes me right back to the 
configuration screen.  When I look a little further, I find indications of an 
error, and when I look at the Error Details, it says Timeout.  

I wasn't sure about the Network Services -> proxy, whether that was where I 
configured access through our proxy server. 

I'll try it, and see what happens.

But, you probably don't want Online Update Configuration.  More likely you want
yast -> Support -> Novell Customer Center Configuration
