Those messages are from your built-in firewall.  As such, you don't really want 
to stop them.  What you DO want to do is SSH into the guest instead, and work 
from there.  Trying to work from the 3215 console is tedious at best, normally 
only done when the system's network is down or SSH won't/can't start for some 
reason.  If you're using Windows as your desktop, PuTTY is what a lot of people 
use for an SSH client.
