I was added 2 SCSI disks, one is from 3300(fcp subchannel)-->
5005076308034621(hba port 1 of DS8000)-->0x4000400000000000
                    the other is from 3f00(fcp subchannel)-->
5005076308134621(hba port 2 of DS8300)-->0x4000400000000000
They are same LUN. So after multipathing them, this long number name is
generated automatically.
I didn't add these zfcp disks by command, but by YAST2. After that, I
logoff this linux guest, and re-logon, and boot linux guest.
Then this error is occured.
