Address Command "CP XAUTOLOG VMSERVS"

1. Always put constant strings inside quotes.
2. Always use XAUTOLOG, not AUTOLOG..  This avoids putting passwords on
the command.
3. VIOLATION:  You haven't changed the IBM-provided passwords.  Yet.
