All, I'm writing to inform everyone that effective today, I have transferred from Novell Technical Services to the SUSE SLE Core team. (No more on call duty! Yay!)
Part of my charter is to help determine what our customers want and need in the way of improvements and new features, and use that try to influence our Product Management team for SLE. I have my own list of things in mind, but I would appreciate any thoughts on that subject from this audience. I'll be at SHARE in Atlanta, and hope I get into some conversations about this while I'm there as well. Another part of my charter is to document features, write white papers, etc., for our customers in collaboration with the developers that created them. (Amazingly enough, most developers don't want to take the time to write about what they're doing. :) If there's any specific area of the documentation you think needs cleaning up, or clarification, please let me know about that and I'll see what I can do.
