SLES11 SP2 has both the jfs kernel module and the jfsutils userspace package.  
SLES11 SP1 has the kernel module, but jfsutils isn't in the "normal" 
repository.  I haven't checked the SDK.  If all that is wanted is to mount the 
file system, the kernel module should be sufficient.
