Well, I didn't have SLES11-SP1-Pool, so I retrieved that 2.5G.

But that wasn't it.

I found it's ignoring the NO_PROXY= in /etc/sysconfig/proxy and was trying to
send me out to the proxy server instead of internally (again, I had this
problem a while ago and got a fix to libzypp I believe)

Regressed I guess.

On to the next step - I'll update my SR.

Based on the new maintenance model, I would expect you need the following
channels mirrored:
SLES11-SP1-Pool
SLES11-SP1-Updates
SLES11-SP2-Core
SLES11-SP2-Updates
