Mark - I downloaded and installed your nginx rpm and it works fine. I get a 'unused' msg. from 'checkproc' in the startup script when I start it, but it comes up anyway.
Personally, I would have preferred to leave the default configuration in the /etc/nginx/nginx.conf file instead of putting in a seperate conf.d - but maybe your way is 'lsb'. Regardless , it's nice to get this packaged!
