Definitely call CA.
We've had similar things with 31 vs. 64 bitness with their tools (specifically 
Autosys).

Call CA and find out if that's just a doc bug. If it's not a doc bug, it's a 
code bug; you shouldn't have to have the 31-bit code on a 64-bit guest. 

I suspect it's the former (somebody didn't update the doc).
