Find a local LUG.

One reason this forum works so well is that, though we are many, it's
not the whole planet. Linux on INTeL has such a huge user base that
you'll be hard pressed to find any single forum quite like this one.
But your local Linux User Group will likely have an email list or FB
or G+ "group". There will likely be just the right mix of experts and
newbies. You'll also have the added value of in-person meetings and
interesting presentations.

Speaking of in-person gatherings and presentations and what not ...
this year's VM and Linux Workshop will be held a IUPUI (Indiana
University-Purdue University at Indianapolis) June 20 to 22. Y'all
come!
