We went through that too last fall and again later when our customer number was 
changed.
You have to get your account team to update your allowed products.   They 
apparently don't give you s390x HAE by default.
Make sure you ask for s390x too.
Once that is done, SMT automatically sees it.

We just went through this ourselves.  You will need to open an SR with Novell 
and ask them to get you licensed for HAE.  It took about a month between the 
time we opened the SR and when we could download the updates.  (They actually 
asked us to show them why we though we were entitled...we directed them to 
their own product page.)

Also, if you're looking for updated ocfs2 or gfs2 kernel modules, you may have 
to ask them to build one to match your kernel version.  At the time we did 
this, January this year, the ocfs2 kernel modules had not yet been built for 
our kernel version and we had to convince them that the older ones would not 
work with our kernel version.
