Command looks good. On both SLES and OpenSUSE, I get (roughly) ...
# mount -v 10.250.24.67:/tmp/iso /tmp/testit
mount: no type was given - I'll assume nfs because of the colon
mount.nfs: timeout set for Thu Mar 7 12:19:36 2013
mount.nfs: text-based options: 'addr=10.250.24.67'
...
HOWEVER, I recommend not being "in" the directory where you're about
to mount something.
(Various possibilities w/r/t what would happen, more than you probably
want to know.)
