Well, you have to ATTACH/DEDICATE some of 1st level FCP subchannels to your 2nd level guests and assign EQIDs to them. To really validate things, you need to have some with EQID1 and some with EQID2 on the target system so that you can watch CP selecting one that matches the origin system's EQID.
