[1] should provide at least some information, but it's very concise. Bugs
and hints on how to improve that guide are appreciated as bug reports against
"installation-guide"[2]. Bugs in the installer can be reported against
"installation-reports"[3], but it's best to Cc [email protected]
so that we can respond more quickly.

Images can be found on [4] for VM, on [5] for HMC use (note that in the
latter case only an installer kernel is loaded from the CD, the packages
are still pulled over the network).

I don't deny that there are rough edges in the installer. Help's appreciated
and it might be easier in some cases to pull a disk image. Also note that
the 31bit flavour s390 is going away with the next release, while the
s390x flavour will stay ("wheezy" is the current version).
