You could actually run the initial RACF definition scripts (can't remember offhand - RACDIRCT?) and let the existing ones fail and just pick up the new ones... or pick out the new definitions and just run them if they're easy to pick out (and they usually are for new release stuff). I have done this in the past as a shortcut for new releases..
