Hi All, I am somewhat new to z/VM and I am researching the user experience of Linux sys admins who are new to z/VM.
Based on your collective experience supporting Linux, and particularly in helping Linux folks who are new to the VM environment, can anyone provide me examples of situations where the Linux SAs approach the z/VM team for assistance in their troubleshooting? I am trying to prioritize the use cases in which the Linux SA needs to know what is happening in the hypervisor, perhaps by interrogating consoles or spool. And along those lines, have any of you done work to make that information easily accessible to these users? Thank you for helping a newbie gain more knowledge!
