We are currently having issues with a db2 server running under SLES 11 SP2 using zfcp to access an EMC SAN. EMC has requested a GTFTRACE trace. Is there even a way to run GTF under z/VM and would it make any sense since this seems to be a Linux issue? If there is a way, what is the process to run a GTF trace (I would assume it would have to be run under maint or some other z/VM support ID).
