Well ... that answers that. It's clearly listening on "::" for IPv6 and
"0.0.0.0" for IPv4.

About the "permission denied", I would have suspected stack not up yet
or the profile, like Leland said. Since you've cleared those points, is
it possible the service process is pointing to an alternate stack?
