Red Hat does not provide/support HA on System z at all (directly). They have a
partnership with Sine Nomine Associates to do that for them.

SUSE has the SUSE Linux Enterprise HA Extension for all the architectures we
support for Linux. For our SLES for System z (and I believe Power) customers,
the HA extension is a no-additional cost item. It does include a resource
agent for MySQL and the MySQL proxy.
