Proper nomenclature, please, Mr. Rohling!  There is only one "fullpack"
minidisk: 0-END.  Anything else is a non-fullpack minidisk, aka "regular"
minidisk, including 1-END.  (Just call them "1-END minidisks".)  In
general, IMO, the :REGIONs. in DIRMAINT should all start with cyl 1,
except for volumes that you intend to be used for fullpack minidisks.
