Greetings:

One of our z/Linux System Administrator has the following problem updating =
the kernel version:

I need your help, I have two servers which has being update=
d to kernel versi=F3n "3.0.101-0.35", but the "uname -r" command still regi=
stering the previous version "3.0.101-0.15". In the boot sequence (/var/log=
/boot.msg) shows that it detects the old kernel version. But everywhere I l=
ook all is related to the New kernel version.

I tried to open a case in Novell, but the registrations I have listed, none=
 have a valid Support Registration.
